Great Health and Financial Benefits
All Orlando Credit Union employees can expect competitive pay and access to employee incentive programs. They may also be eligible for discounts on certain installment loans, contingent on creditworthiness. Certain services and accounts are also free when employed by Orlando Credit Union.
First of the month after date of hire:
- Full-time employees and their families can choose from three available health care plans to best suit their needs.
- Full-time employees receive no-cost dental and vision insurance. They can also elect family coverage.
- Employees working 30 hours per week or more are offered Group Term Life and Long Term Disability coverage at no cost.
After 6 months of employment:
- Employees can participate in the Safe Harbor 401(k) Plan. Orlando Credit Union offers a dollar-for-dollar match up to 6 percent of each paycheck.
