Changing Your PIN

After receiving your Visa Debit Card, you’ll need to choose a personal identification number (PIN). Simply call 855.887.3944 to activate the card and choose a PIN. If your card already has a PIN, choose one of these options to change it: 

  1. Call toll-free at 855.887.3944, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. You’ll be asked for your current PIN in order to choose a new PIN.
  2. Change your PIN at an Orlando Credit Union ATM. You’ll need to supply your current PIN.
  3. Visit one of our offices to choose or change your PIN, if you do not know your current PIN.

 

*Members are automatically enrolled if we have a cellphone number on file for the card number. If you do not wish to receive Fraud Alerts, please reply to the text alert to opt out or contact us at 407.835.3500 or 800.953.4567.
