Electronic Disclosure and Consent Agreement
Please read this E-SIGN Disclosure and Consent Agreement carefully and retain a copy for your records. This E-SIGN Disclosure and Consent Agreement provides important information and applies to your consent and electronic delivery of all communications, required agreements and disclosures relating to your account, loan or other related products and services with Orlando Credit Union.
This disclosure provides you with your rights under the Electronic Signatures and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN). The terms “Credit Union,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Orlando Credit Union. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the person giving this consent, and each account owner identified on the product or service you apply for.
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF DISCLOSURES AND NOTICES:
To the extent allowed by applicable law, you agree that any communication from us to you relating to your account, loan or other related products and services including but not limited to disclosures, notices, terms and conditions, statements, agreements, confirmations or other information required to be delivered under applicable law, may be delivered to you electronically and that such communications shall be in lieu of written communication.
YOUR RIGHT TO RECEIVE A PAPER COPY:
You have the right to receive a paper copy of the disclosures, notices, terms and conditions, statements, agreements, confirmations or other information you have elected to receive electronically. A separate charge may apply. Please refer to your fee schedule. These fees may change from time to time, of which we will notify you of any such change. To receive a paper copy you may:
- Send a secure email to us through online or mobile banking
- Send an email message with your name and mailing address only to support@orlandocreditunion.org
- Call us at 407.835.3500 or 800.953.4567, option 0; or
- Write to us at Orlando Credit Union, Attn: Member Services, 945 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32806
Be sure to state that you are requesting a copy of the disclosures, notices, terms and conditions, statements, agreements, confirmations or other information you have elected to receive electronically.
YOUR RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT:
You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive any future disclosures, notices, terms and conditions, and other documents electronically. If you withdraw consent you may not be able to open additional accounts or request additional products and services online, or view, print or download electronic communications. To withdraw your consent, call us at 407.835.3500 or 800.953.4567, option 0 or write to us, Orlando Credit Union, Attn: Member Services, 945 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32806, with your request.
KEEPING YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND CONTACT INFORMATION CURRENT:
It is your responsibility to provide us with a true, accurate and complete e-mail address, contact, and other information related to your account. You agree to maintain and update information as necessary. To update your information, call us at 407.835.3500 or 800.953.4567, option 0, or write to us, Orlando Credit Union, Attn: Member Services, 945 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32806, with your name, e-mail and mailing address.
HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
To receive an electronic copy of disclosures, notices, terms and conditions, statements, agreements, confirmations or other information delivered electronically you must have the following equipment and software at your own expense:
- An Internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption, such as the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari.
- An e-mail account and e-mail software capable of reading and responding to your e-mail.
- A personal computer, operating system and telecommunications connections to the Internet capable of supporting the foregoing.
- Sufficient electronic storage capacity on your computer's hard drive or other data storage unit.
- A printer that is capable of printing from your browser and e-mail software.
- A telephone capable of accepting either a voice response or text message.
- Software that enables you to receive and access Portable Document Format or "PDF" files, such as the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader® (available for downloading at https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
- To access communications via Mobile Banking you must have a compatible and supported mobile phone served by a certified mobile carrier. The mobile devices must be enabled to receive and transmit data, and must include texting functionality.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS TO RETAIN INFORMATION:
To retain a copy of the disclosures, notices, terms and conditions, statements, agreements, confirmations or other information delivered electronically, your devise must have the ability to download and with sufficient hard-drive space to store and view PDF or HTML files.
CONSENT:
By clicking “I Accept,” you are affirmatively consenting to the electronic delivery of any communication from us to you relating to your account, loan or other related products and services including but not limited to disclosures, notices, terms and conditions, statements, agreements, confirmations or other information required to be delivered under applicable law.
Your consent here does not automatically enroll you in eStatements. You must complete a separate enrollment to stop receiving paper account statements by U.S. Mail.
Your access to this page verifies that your system/device has the necessary software to permit you to receive and access PDF or HTML files and that you have the hardware and software to be able to receive and retain the described communications electronically.
